Yes, you can return any physical items purchased from TV BOX ESTORE within 15 days. But in order to complete the return, the item must be in the original package with a resellable condition. In this condition, shipping fees will be deducted if TV BOX ESTORE has to provide a shipping return label. All electronic goods cannot be returned once the package is opened unless the product is defective on arrival. Client has to prove the product is truly defective with a video.
